Shipping and Return Policy

Free Shipping is available only to US domestic 48 contiguous states.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Filter United ships with FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service (USPS) for our deliveries. Shipments are originated from California.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. SmartPost packages will be delivered by US Postal Service. 

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us by submitting a ticket on Contact Us page. One of our support agent will get back to you as soon as possible with detailed return instruction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please remember it may take up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@filterunited.com.
