Warranty Registration & Policy

1. A minimum purchase of one eligible Filter United water filtration system* is required.
2. Filter United provides a total of two (2) years warranty coverage—one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty plus one (1) year extended warranty—when you register your product within 90 days of purchase. Products not registered within this period will receive the standard one (1) year limited warranty.
3. Warranty coverage applies only to the original end-user.
4. Product registration must be completed within 90 days of the purchase date.
5. Products must be purchased new from authorized channels including: Filter United Website and Amazon.com. Items bought used, from third-party sellers, or through Amazon Warehouse Deals are not eligible.
6. Warranty coverage is valid within the 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as internationally. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and outside the U.S. are responsible for shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and any other applicable charges.

Filter United's responsibility under this warranty is limited, at its discretion, to either repairing or replacing the covered item. Before any return or repair, customers must obtain a Return Authorization from Filter United. Please submit a request at our Contact Us page. At Filter United option, the item may need to be returned freight prepaid at the customer’s expense. Any item repaired or replaced under warranty will be shipped back prepaid via standard freight to the original delivery address. Customers located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and any other related charges.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, negligence, alteration, accident, improper installation, use contrary to Filter United's instructions, incompatibility with non-Filter United accessories, or damage caused by freezing, flooding, fire, or Acts of God. In such cases, standard repair charges will apply. Service to diagnose a claimed malfunction is not included under this warranty. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and only when the system is used with normal municipal or well water conditions.

Filter United assumes no liability beyond what is explicitly stated in this warranty. This warranty replaces all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Filter United's liability will never exceed the purchase price of the product. Filter United is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind—including loss of use—arising from installation, use, or inability to use the system.
